Tiga individu yang " memerahkan" wajah pimpinan tertinggi UMNO sepanjang Perhimpunan "Perpisahan" Agung UMNO baru-baru ini.
Mereka bertiga adalah Deepak Jaikishan, mantan IGPTun Musa Hasan dan Bekas Pengerusi Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia (DPMM), Datuk Rahman Maidin.
Serangan Deepak ke atas Najib dan Rosmah amatlah mengejutkan pasangan suami isteri itu. Dulu kawan dan rakan perniagaan, kini Deepak semacam "musuh" yang mengancam seperti Bala. Bahkan mengaitkan nama Rosmah sekali.
Najib mengharapkan Menteri Tenteranya Zahid Hamidi untuk membelanya. Tapi malangnya Zahid seperti "mengkhianati" janjinya untuk membela Najib dalam ucapan penggulungannya. Tiada sepatahpun Zahid ucapkan untuk membela Najib. Menggulangi pengkhianatan Zahid semasa PAU 1998 yang menghentam Mahathir atas isu kroni.
Serangan Deepak baru sekadar mukaddimah. Barangkali Deepak ada baki 1001 biji "peluru" lagi untuk dihamburkan ke atas Najib dan Rosmah.
Sepupu Najib juga tidak berkecuali. Menteri Polis Hishamuddin Hussien kini menghadapi serangan dari bekas "kulinya" sendiri, mantan IGP Musa Hasan. Musa yang menghadapi serangan dari bekas "kulinya" Datuk Ramli Yusof semasa ucapan perpisahannya di Bukit Aman tempoh hari kini menghalakan "pistol"nya ke arah Hishamuddin.
Hingga kini Hishamuddin membisu seribu bahasa. Agak menghairankan Musa yang terkenal dengan "kesetiaan bertaraf barua" terhadap UMNO , tiba-tiba berpaling tadah menyerang tuannya sendiri. Jarang kita mendengar anjing polis K9 menyerang anggota yang menjaganya.
Kes Deepak dan Musa adalah satu fenomena biasa dalam politik lanun UMNO.kita. Apabila kepentingan pangkat,kuasa dan ekonomi menjadi rebutan maka terbongkarlah segala rahsia dan skandal.
Barangkali ada 1001 orang lagi bekas-bekas kroni dan barua UMNO menunggu giliran membongkarkan kebejatan UMNO. Ini menunjukkan jumlah kroni UMNO semakin mengecil untuk membolot projek yang berskala juta dan bilion. Ini mengakibatkan kroni bertaraf "kecil-kecilan" semakin terpinggir.
Dan akhir sekali kemasukan Datuk Rahman dalam PAS menampakkan keyakinan tokoh koporat dan ahli perniagaan Melayu kepada ketelusan PAS dan bencian terhadap perangai UMNO yang mengutamakan kroni dan anak beranak yang mana budaya ini dijuarai oleh Mahathir dan diwarisi oleh Najib.
